It takes a lot of years to reach the top
Of that proverbial mountain of life.
You've made that climb and done it well
For 18,628 days and nights.

Starting your journey down the other side
It will seem much faster than going up.
But take time to smell the roses
And steaming coffee in a cup. 

Time is too precious to hurry through
If you rush you'll miss some of life's treasures.
So take the time to enjoy yourself
Take time for your own good pleasure. 

Just wanted to say Happy Birthday
And wish you all the best life has to give.
May all your fondest dreams come true
Each and every day that you live.
